Changing Your Plan

This page explains how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at period end. Plan changes are managed by Admins in Account → Billing.

Before you change

• Seats and usage — Verify current seats and confirm the destination plan’s seat cap fits your team. Reduce active users in advance if downgrading.

• Limits — Ensure your codes/campaigns fit within the destination plan’s limits. Adjust if needed before confirming the change.

• Analytics access window — If moving to a plan with a shorter window, export reports you’ll need ahead of time.

• Stakeholders — Inform collaborators of upcoming changes to avoid invitation or access interruptions.

• Payment method — Confirm billing details are current.

Upgrading

• Effect — Upgrades take effect immediately after confirmation; new seat and limit caps are available right away.

• How to — Account → Billing → Change plan → Select the higher tier → Confirm.

• After upgrade — Invite additional users (up to the new seat cap) and, if moving to Enterprise, enable SSO as required by your organization.

Downgrading

• Prerequisites — Reduce active users to at or below the destination plan’s seat cap. Ensure codes/campaigns fit within the destination plan’s limits.

• How to — Account → Billing → Change plan → Select the lower tier → Confirm.

• After downgrade — Verify team access, confirm ongoing campaigns operate within limits, and export any reports you need if the analytics access window is shorter.

Cancel at period end

• Behavior — Admins can set the subscription to end at the next renewal from Account → Billing. Access continues through the current billing period; changes apply at renewal.

• Preparation — Export any needed reports and review team access before the end date.
