Trials & Upgrades
This page explains how trials work, how to upgrade plans, and what to check before moving between tiers. Billing and plan changes are managed by Admins in Account → Billing.
Trials
• Start a trial — Admins can begin a trial from Account → Billing by selecting a plan. Trial eligibility and end date are shown in the billing view.
• What a trial includes — During a trial, your organization receives the seats and limits of the trialed plan.
• End of trial — Before the trial ends, review seats and usage. Follow the on-screen options in Billing to continue with the plan or return to a different tier.
• Best practice — If moving to a plan with a shorter analytics window, export any reports you’ll need prior to changing plans.
Upgrades
• Effect on access — Upgrades take effect immediately; new seat limits are available as soon as the change is confirmed.
• Seats — Invite additional users after upgrading, up to the new seat cap (Starter: 1 • Pro: 5 • Enterprise: 10).
• Enterprise considerations — Coordinate with your Admins to enable SSO after upgrading to Enterprise, if required by your organization.
• Operational checks — Verify campaigns and codes against the new plan limits and confirm billing details in Account → Billing.
Downgrades
• Seat compliance — Reduce active users to at or below the destination plan’s seat cap before confirming the downgrade.
• Usage vs. limits — Ensure your codes/campaigns are within the destination plan’s limits. If not, adjust before finalizing.
• Analytics window — If the destination plan has a shorter analytics access window, export needed reports in advance.
Cancellations and renewals
• Cancel at period end — Admins can set the subscription to end at the next renewal from Account → Billing. Access continues through the current period.
• Resuming or changing — You can re-upgrade later; seat and feature limits update as soon as the change is confirmed.
Administrative controls
• Who can act — Plan changes, trials, payment methods, and invoices are managed by Admins only.
• Where to manage — Lower-left sidebar → Account → Billing.
