Channels and use cases

• Contact form — Use the form for all inquiries (product, technical, billing, sales). For urgent matters, use the phone number listed on the same page.

• Security — To report a vulnerability, follow Vulnerability Reporting.

What to include (brief)

• Organization name and your role

• Affected area (page or endpoint) and UTC timestamps

• Minimal steps to reproduce and any error message/status code

• For routing issues: final URL after scan (with UTMs)

• For bulk import: CSV header + a few sample rows (sanitized)

Before you contact us (quick self-checks)

• Confirm the code is Active and the destination URL (with UTMs) is correct

• Re-test on iOS and Android over Wi-Fi and cellular

• Review Uptime Status and, if relevant, Pre-flight Checklist and Testing

After you submit

• You will receive an acknowledgment. Keep replies in the same thread.
